Location Preah Sihanouk Ville

Assist in planning and executing sales and leasing strategies to achieve companytargets.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the Sales & Leasing team to ensure high performance.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales and leasing reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, tenants, agents, andbusiness partners.
Conduct property presentations and negotiations with clients.
Ensure all sales and leasing documentation is accurate, complete, and processed ontime.
Coordinate with internal departments, including Marketing, Finance, Legal, andCustomer Service, to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales matters professionally.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identifybusiness opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
Perform other duties assigned by Management. Other tasks assigned by topmanagement.

Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree specializing in property related orequivalent experience preferred.
Extensive experience in property management (sales and leasing) or a related field,typically 3-5 years, 2-3 years’ experience in Cambodia.
Strong knowledge of the property market, and current legislation affecting propertydevelopment management, be able to speak Mandarin and English.
