Responsibilities and Duties
- This position report to the Territory Techno Commercial Executive (TCE)
- Support the implementation of territory Demand Generation Activities include products knowledge transfer to growers, finding of new product KPIs to support value proposition development.
- Distribution of market communication material and placement of promotional posters and banners at dealer premises and other strategic locations.
- Conduct Shop Front Sales (SFS), Small farmers meetings and spot demonstrations to promote products features and their benefits to entice demands.
- Collect growers’ profiles and data during growers’ meetings and field activities.
- Submit Bi-Weekly report to TCE, reporting includes market environments, competitive activities and key activities conducted.
