Responsibilities and Duties

This position reports to the Territory Leader (TL) and manages Field Promoter (FP).
Responsible for growth in sales of assigned areas by developing and promoting the company’s range of products to the customers.
Service the existing and develop new customers: develop strong relationship with growers in assigned area. Including cash crop farmers, rice, and fruit crops.
Running demo trials on the existing products that include newly developed products as brought in by the company. Follow strictly on the protocol as advised by DC or management
Collect market information and keep abreast of market and industry trends
To execute promotional campaigns in dealers, growers and planters’ level to meet organizational objectives. To work closely with internal departments such as marketing communication and marketing development, to promote the company’s product range
Equipped with relevant knowledge in cultivation practices, we work as a service provider/solution provider to the customer.
To run a farmer or planter talk (if necessary), provided with the resources/budget from the company. To create brand awareness among the group of farmers and planter level.
Frequent field visits to understand the actual situation in the field and to establish a good working relationship with farmers or planters.
From time to time, depending on the market situation, the management shall assign additional work that deems necessary and related to your job scope.
Adhering to the company core values and business conduct.
Encompasses additional tasks related to department objectives as assigned by the supervisor.
Submit Bi-Weekly report to TL, reporting includes market environments, competitive activities and key activities conducted.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree from Agriculture University or in any related field is an advantage.
5-8 years’ experience with agrochemical, fertilizer or seeds company is preferred.
Good communication in Khmer and English, local person is preferred.
Honest and willing to stay out in the province to work.
