Sales Specialist (Consumable Solution)

This role is responsible for promoting and selling products, including medical devices and consumables, and is mainly involved in the entire sales process from generating leads to payment collection from customers.

• Proactively promote the products to drive sales to achieve company targets and KPI set.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.

• Collect and analyse market information to monitor market trends, support sales and marketing strategies, and increase brand and product awareness.

• Monitor competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead in the market.

• Provide insights and recommendations to expand or adjust the product portfolio in line with market demand.

• Prepare and submit daily activities, weekly plan, and report to the Business Manager.

• Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Handle customer complaints by investigating issues, preparing reports, and proposing effective solutions.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales administration and other departments, to ensure smooth order processing, sales execution, and after-sales support.

• Willing to acquire in-depth knowledge of the assigned products .

• Educate and present products to customers to generate interest and support sales growth.

• Participate in product training, workshops, and seminars organized by suppliers and the company.

• Open to occasional international travel for product training or to attend regional and international conferences.

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, nursing, medicine, lab technician, or other science fields.

• Any degree with sales experience in pharmaceuticals or medical equipment company.

• Fresh graduates, if medical degree as mentioned above, could be considered.

• 1 year of sales experience in medical equipment or pharmaceutical company.
