Sales Specialist (Laboratory Solutions)

This role is to promote and sell products, including medical equipment, medical devices, and consumables of Laboratory Solutions. This role mainly involves in the whole sales process from creating sales leads till payment collection from customers.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the products and share it with the customers for purposes of getting interest and sales to achieve the company's target and KPI set.

• Engage in consultative selling, where the focus is on understanding the customer's needs to offer tailored solutions.

• Keep building close relationships with both existing and new customers.

• Manage customers and resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, preparing reports, and marking suggestion solutions to management to meet both the customer's needs and the company's objectives.

• Collect market information, analyze data, monitor market status to implement sales and marketing strategies of the team, and increase brand awareness of the company and products.

• Explore competitor activities, regulatory changes, and industry developments to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market and to expand the product portfolio or suggest adjustments to the current product portfolio to support the market trend.

• Communicate with the principles on product knowledge, price, market information, sales & purchase plan, and product recall.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders, including Sales Administration team, Service Engineer team, and other departments to ensure a smooth process of purchase, sales, and after-sales service.

• Attend training or workshops/seminars organized by the principals and company.

• In some cases, provide on-site support with Service Engineer for the installation and user training, and ensure successful closing of the sales orders.

• Provide brief daily activities, weekly plans, and reports to Line Manager.

• Perform other related tasks assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Medicine, or Biomedical Engineering.

• Intermediate English level (Chinese is a plus)

• Experience as a service engineer or a sale in medical equipment field is preferable.

• Non-experience is also considered.
