Location Phnom Penh

Drive regional B2B sales for robotics products, firewalls, and cybersecurity/network security solutions; deliver assigned sales targets.
Manage and grow Key Accounts (KA); expand via partners/channels and resource integration.
Own end-to-end projects: lead generation → requirement clarification → solution proposal → tender/bid process & negotiation → contract signing → delivery coordination → payment collection; ensure margin and customer satisfaction.
Focus industry penetration on education, government, finance, and manufacturing.

2–3+ years B2B sales experience in IT or robotics.
Direct selling background in at least one of these: robots / servers / firewalls (hands-on closing experience, not only presales/support).
Proven channel/partner management experience (partner recruitment, enablement, joint go-to-market, deal registration/co selling preferred).
Experience running mid-to-large IT integration projects; familiar with government or enterprise bidding/tender processes.
Strong negotiation skills and pipeline/deal control; able to independently close and manage long sales cycles.
