Business Development Associate (Q-Com)

We are looking for a Q-Com Account Specialist to manage and grow our non-key merchant accounts in the fashion and mart categories. This role is based in Phnom Penh and is responsible for both retaining existing merchant relationships and recruiting new merchants, ensuring a smooth end-to-end partner experience.

1. Recruit non-key accounts within the fashion and mart categories
2. Manage a portfolio primarily focused on retaining existing merchants (approx. 80%), with new merchant recruitment making up the remainder (approx. 20%)
3. Support merchants through the full lifecycle — from onboarding (A) through ongoing account management (Z)
4. Achieve quarterly sales targets
5. Conduct regular in-person visits to merchants across Phnom Penh (approx. once per week), using Tuk Tuk for local travel and submitting expense claims accordingly
6. Maintain consistent communication with merchants, primarily via Telegram
7. Build and maintain strong working relationships with merchant partners

• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency
• Knowledge of online shopping/e-commerce is a plus (not required)
• Comfortable with frequent local travel around Phnom Penh
• Open to occasional weekend flexibility as business needs require
