Location Phnom Penh

Manage leasing activities for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. Identify and approach potential tenants, clients, and business partners.
Conduct property viewings and present leasing options to prospective tenants.
Handle lease negotiations, agreements, renewals, and related documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with existing tenants and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up on leads and achieve monthly/annual leasing and occupancy targets.
Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Property Management, Marketing, and
Legal to ensure smooth leasing operations.
Prepare leasing reports, sales forecasts, and updates for management.
Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase property occupancy.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in property leasing, real estate, property development, or related industries.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
Good knowledge of the property market and leasing process.
Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Good command of English and Khmer.
Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
Experience with residential, commercial, retail, or mixed-use property leasing is an advantage
