AFTERSALES MANAGER

Responsible for managing Service Administration and Workshop Operations to ensure efficient vehicle servicing, repair quality, customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, and compliance with manufacturer and Company standards.

• Manage and supervise daily Service Administration and Workshop operations.
• Ensure efficient customer reception, repair order opening, job allocation, invoicing, and vehicle delivery.
• Monitor workshop capacity, technician productivity, repair quality, and turnaround time.
• Ensure service and repair work is performed according to manufacturer standards and procedures.
• Monitor workshop KPIs, including labor utilization, productivity, efficiency, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction.
• Review and control repair orders, service documents, estimates, invoices, and warranty documentation.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Parts, Finance, and Sales to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor workshop parts requirements and coordinate with Parts Department to avoid repair delays.
• Handle customer complaints and service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor warranty claims, recalls, campaigns, and manufacturer service requirements.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection, quality control, and final vehicle release procedures.
• Monitor workshop tools, equipment, facilities, and safety requirements.
• Control workshop operating costs and support aftersales budget planning.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly workshop and service administration reports.
• Analyze workshop performance and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure compliance with Company policies, safety requirements, and manufacturer standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop Service Administration and Workshop teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, service, or workshop operations.
• Previous supervisory or management experience is required.
• Automotive dealership or authorized service center experience is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle service, repair processes, and workshop operations.
• Good knowledge of automotive DMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
