Sales Representative (Baby - Channel)

The Sales Representative is the daily frontline contact with Baby channel outlets — specialty baby shops, pharmacies, and mother-and-baby stores — executing journey plans, taking orders, and ensuring products are visible, stocked, and correctly priced at every stop.

• Visit assigned baby shops/pharmacies daily/weekly per journey plan
• Take orders and follow up on delivery and payment collection
• Merchandise products per company standards (facing, shelf placement, POSM)
• Check stock levels and flag out-of-stock or slow-moving items
• Build relationships with outlet owners and pharmacy staff
• Report visit outcomes and outlet feedback to the Area Sales Manager

• 0–1+ years in sales; experience in Baby, Mother & Child, or Pharma channel a plus
• Comfortable traveling to outlets daily, mostly by motorbike
• Basic numeracy for order-taking and cash handling Friendly, persistent, reliable [Language requirement — Khmer proficiency; English a plus]
