Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise and mentor each sales team member to achieve the sales target
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key fleet customers, including businesses, leasing companies, and government entities. Foster a positive and high-performing work environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the current and potential customers
- Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues, and monitor daily sales activities, including reporting and forecasting
- Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, track sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Prepare and present regular updates to senior management
- Sell vehicles with the target set by management.
- Conduct daily sales activities (appointment calls, follow-up calls, and outside visits to customers)
- Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly reports and send them to senior management
- Set a monthly sales target and try to achieve the target
- Other tasks assigned by senior management.
