Job Summary
The Receptionist and Administrative Assistant is the first person every visitor, parent and caller meets. The post runs the front desk, manages visitor arrival including the safeguarding for children step, answers and directs calls and inquiries in Khmer and English, and provides administrative support to the Administration Department and, through it, to departments across the school: correspondence, translation, records, supplies, and the distribution of textbooks and uniforms with the Admissions and Recruitment team.

Qualifications and Skills
Essential qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality or a related field
- At least two years of front desk, customer service or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Superior customer service with follow-through takes ownership of a request until it is resolved
- Fluent Khmer and good English, with the ability to translate short documents and conversations accurately in both directions
- Confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, email, printers and copiers, and simple record keeping
- Well organized, punctual and reliable; able to prepare a written handover before any leave
- Experience ordering and managing office supply stock
Desirable
- Experience in a school, clinic or other setting with children and families
- Experience with a student information system or visitor management system
- Experience supporting events, including evenings and weekends
