Location Phnom Penh

Supervise, lead, delegate, control and motivate sales representatives achieve their allocated sales target
Provide training to sales team to develop their potential and effectiveness
Provide guidelines and problem resolution to team members
Maintain and develop relationships and sales with existing clients and customers
Explore new opportunities to get additional sales
Collect market/competitor information about products and activities
Implement business plan and sales strategy to ensure company sales goals and profitability
Supervise order forecast to buffer stock of consignment products
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and installation of products/systems. Support internal stakeholders in relationship development with key customers
Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance and specific request for support
Other tasks assigned by Manager

Minimum 3 years’ experience in related Sales
Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how the company products work.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
The ability to identify and follow up on leads.
Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals.
Knowledge of sales promotion techniques.
Excellent presentation skills and professional appearance
