Responsibilities and Duties
- Experience in Chiller / HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience leading or supervising a technician team is preferred.
- Good knowledge of chiller systems, refrigeration, electrical, and control systems.
- Able to supervise technicians and assign daily work tasks.
- Able to inspect, troubleshoot, and coordinate chiller maintenance work on-site.
- Able to communicate with customers and provide technical explanations.
- Good leadership, communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Responsible for ensuring work quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Able to prepare service reports and communicate technical issues to management.
- Willing to travel to customer sites when required
