Aplication Specialist

The Application Specialist is responsible for the technical aspects of application support and basic engineering services to customers both before and after the safe process. The key support includes application training, methods development, service maintenance and repair, as well as other after-sales technical support solutions.

• Conduct application training for end-users.
• Provide technical knowledge or advice to customers on site or remotely.
• Provide technical support to the Sales team before and during the sales process to increase success rate.
• Support in finding out the strengths and weaknesses of products for competing with competitor’s products.
• Work with the Sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide basic service engineering support for plug-and-play and simple equipment.
• Support Sales and Service Engineering teams delivering and managing large-scale projects.
• Attend application training online or onsite to develop skills and knowledge for improvement.
• Improve communication skills and professional skills in dealing with sales and customers.
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific-related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in scientific background or related field.
• Good common in English.
• Knowledge of electrical or mechanical procedures
• Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
