Assistant, Digital marketing

The Digital Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team by creating engaging visual and video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns. The role focuses on designing graphics, editing short videos, and producing creative materials that strengthen the company’s online presence and brand communication.

• Assist in designing visual materials for social media, including recruitment advertisements, promotional posts, banners, and other marketing graphics in alignment with company brand guidelines.
• Assist in editing videos for digital platforms, including promotional videos, social media content, reels, advertising clips, animations, and other video formats
• Assist the marketing team in preparing creative content for campaigns and online promotions and designing appropriate formats for different digital platforms
• Organize and maintain a library of digital assets (photos, videos, and graphics).
• Contribute ideas for video scenes and assist with photoshoots or video production when needed.

• University student or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• At least completed an internship or with project experience or in graphic design, video editing, or multimedia content creation is an advantage.
• Basic skills in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or similar software.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools for photo and video content creation is an advantage.
• Understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
