Marketing Officer

Brand & Product Marketing

• Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for instant food and infant nutrition products.
• Coordinate product promotion campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales performance.
• Ensure brand materials and product information are consistently presented across all channels.
• Monitor competitors' marketing activities, promotions, and product launches.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and update the company's Facebook page and other social media channels.
• Create engaging content including product posts, promotional campaigns, videos, and educational content.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms.
• Track social media performance and prepare monthly reports.

Market Research & Reporting

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.
• Monitor sales trends and campaign effectiveness.
• Prepare monthly marketing activity reports and recommendations.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Management, related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing, or FMCG is preferred.
• Experience with food, beverage, infant nutrition, or consumer goods distribution is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Facebook Marketing and social media management.
• Ability to create content using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing concepts and online advertising is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
