Air Logistics Operational Care Specialist

This role ensures shipments are booked, documented, and monitored accurately and on time, meeting customer expectations and transit time requirements.

• Shipment Coordination:
• Handle end-to-end shipment processes including booking, documentation, and tracking.
• Customer Requirements:
• Work closely with Customer Service teams to meet specific needs (e.g., transit times, carrier selection, routing).
• Carrier & Partner Management:
• Secure rates and capacity with approved carriers and partners.
• Compliance & Accuracy:
• Ensure all operations follow air transport regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines.
• Monitoring & Issue Resolution:
• Track shipments, manage deviations, and update systems with accurate status and cost data.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Maintain clear communication with internal teams (e.g., warehouse, customs, gateways) and external partners.
• Performance Oversight:
• Monitor carrier performance and escalate issues when service levels are not met.
• Profitability Focus:
• Support cost control and efficiency to maximize profitability.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support smooth transitions from sales to operations.

• Experience in air logistics or freight forwarding operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Familiarity with transport regulations and documentation
• Comfortable using logistics systems and tools
