Deliverer & Cash On Delivery (COD) Collector

The Deliverer and COD Collector is essential in outbound logistics, responsible for the timely delivery of goods and collection of cash-on-delivery (COD) payments. Key duties include coordinating delivery schedules, verifying contents, obtaining delivery confirmations, and handling cash transactions securely. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a valid driver’s license are essential for this role, which aims to enhance logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Goods Delivery: Deliver goods to customers in Phnom Penh and provinces, ensuring prompt and accurate service.

• Taxi Collection: Collect goods from taxi services when requested for delivery by taxi or express.

• Delivery Schedule Compliance: Adhere to established delivery schedules, ensuring timely deliveries at all times.

• COD and Debt Collection: Conduct cash-on-delivery (COD) collections and debt collections in the provinces.

• Daily Reporting: Prepare daily delivery reports detailing all goods delivered.

• Payment Handling: Collect payments from customers, deposit funds into the company account, andupdate FCFA via group Telegram.

• Collaboration: Work with staff from other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effectivecommunication.

• Team Communication: Foster good communication among colleagues and embrace the company culture.

• Assistance: Assist coworkers with related tasks as needed.

• Uniform Compliance: Wear the company uniform while on duty.

• Rule Adherence: Comply with all company rules and regulations.

• Quality Participation: Participate in the Quality Work Environment Program through KAIZEN and 5Sinitiatives.

• Additional Tasks: Perform other related tasks as assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.

• Basic understanding of English.

• Minimum of one year of driving experience with a proven safe driving record.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Ability to determine the appropriate course of action in the event of vehicle breakdowns, poor road conditions, or situations where supervisor consultation is not possible.

• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations.

• Manual dexterity for using tools for general maintenance.

• Awareness of how to identify counterfeit currency Soft Skills (Core Competencies).

• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.

• Understanding of distribution processes to enhance logistics operations.
