QA/QC Supervisor

Pre-construction Review:

• Review drawings, method statements, material submittals, and ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans) prior to the commencement of works.

Site & Material Inspection:

• Inspect materials delivered to site (MIR – Material Inspection Report).
• Conduct inspections of Civil, Structural, Architectural, and MEP works (WIR/IR).
• Inspect quality before, during, and after construction activities.

Defect Management & NCR:

• Issue NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) when work does not comply with specifications.
• Follow up and ensure completion of corrective actions (CAPA).

T&C & Handover Support:

• Monitor and follow up on testing and commissioning activities.
• Conduct final inspections to verify rectification of defects (Snagging).
• Assist in preparing As-Built documentation and O&M Manuals.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain inspection records and checklists.
• Prepare and submit QA/QC reports to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager.

Other Duties:

• Perform other tasks as assigned by senior management.

Education Level:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or other relevant field.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience related to QA/QC works (Structural, Architectural, and MEP).

Knowledge / Skills:

• Good command of English for effective communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Strong leadership and creative thinking skills.
• High self-motivation and commitment to achieving results.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and equipment.
• Good understanding of construction management processes.
• Strong time management skills.
