Financial Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Financial Manager to lead and manage the company's financial operations, budgeting, cash flow, cost control, financial reporting, and internal financial controls.

• Manage overall financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Monitor cash flow, bank accounts, payments, loans, and working capital.
• Analyze factory production costs, sugar cane purchasing costs, and operating expenses.
• Monitor financial aspects of sugar cane procurement and payments to farmers/suppliers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor budget vs. actual performance and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Supervise accounting and finance staff and ensure accurate financial records.
• Maintain effective internal controls and prevent financial risks or irregularities.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and relevant authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to management for business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable Cambodian accounting and tax requirements.

• At Least Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, Master Degree is advantage.
• 8+ years of demonstrable experience as a Financial Director, Chief Financial Officer, or in a senior finance leadership role.
• Proficiency in corporate finance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and Cambodia tax rules.
• Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Familiarity with SAP systems and other finance systems is advantage.
• Experience in a manufacturing, agriculture, sugar, food processing, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business objectives into financial strategies.
• Excellent decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and executive management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
• High level of integrity and dependability.
• Be able to stay and work in province.
